Our clubhouse offers a hall which can accommodate a large group of up to 78 persons.

Separate Facilities

Separate facilities for men and women can be found inside the clubhouse.

Complete Kitchen

Complete kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and sink is located adjacent to the hall for your convenience.

Scenic Location

Our beautiful clubhouse overlooks a large field with a private pond.

Banquet Hall Capacity

Per the Town of Plainfield Fire Marshal, room capacity is 78 persons when using chairs and tables. 


When standing or using just chairs, room capacity is 150 persons. 


If you're planning a wedding or similar event and using a DJ, you can comfortably seat 64 persons using 8 tables and still have a dance floor.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you allow alcohol?

    Alcohol is permitted in moderation.  An insurance rider must be purchased at the expense of the renter.  The cost ranges from $125-$200 per event.

  • Can I tape or hang decorations on the wall?

    Unfortunately, you cannot tape or hang decorations on the walls.  Our hall has just been painted and we would like to keep it looking new for all our guests.

  • Do you allow animals inside the clubhouse?

    Animals are not permitted inside the clubhouse except for service dogs.

  • Do you allow special effects?

    Special effects are not permitted what so ever.

  • Do you require a security deposit?

    Security deposits are required in the amount of $250 prior to renting the hall.  Your deposit will be forfeited in the event you violate the rules of clubhouse or cause damage.  The renter is responsible for all of his or her guests. 

  • What kind of chairs and tables do you have?

    We have 15 round tables and 10 rectangle tables.  We have 100 commercial grade folding chairs.

  • Do you rent out your chairs and tables?

    We do not rent out our chairs or tables.

NOTE: All renters must sign a rental agreement and must be completed in person.
